HOW DO I DECIDE WHICH TREATMENT TO BOOK?

Generally speaking, all of our treatments are designed to support your unique skin, and are hand blended. Our skincare line Botnia is excellent for supporting and maintaing balanced and healthy skin. For those individuals who are struggling with chronic skin issues, senstivity, barrier disruption, or that just need some deeper healing, we suggest our Dermaviduals treatments.

HOW LONG UNTIL I CAN EXPECT RESULTS?

This question really depends on a few things, your compliancy and commitment as a client, your openness to our treatment plans, and home care, as well as integration with lifestyle and nutritional care. Our healing capacity depends on our bodies parasympathetic nervous system, so clients who find themselves chronically stressed, will also find their healing is delayed. In addition the time our bodies take to heal is uniquely personal. We ask for at least a 3 month commitment, for some folks, healing can take 6-12 months. When we are working with true healing, and not quick fixes of the industry, it can take time. We are here to support and encourage you! Realistic expectations of our bodies and skin are the foundation of our work at Tend + Nourish.

DO YOU HAVE SPACE FOR MULTIPLE FACIALS AT ONCE?

Tend + Nourish is an intimate and private studio. We are a single treatment room, that can only accomodate one individual at a time, by appointment only.
